Nine of intelligence agents arrested Ronak in her home and then searched her house on October 8 2007 and confiscated materials related to one million signatures campaign as well as her personal computer and notes.

d) Latest elaboration of the case:She has been arrested on October 8 2007 she has been detained in intelligence detention center for 3 months then she has transferred to women’s public prison of sanandaj since then . She has attended the revolutionary court of sanandaj from prison. First on March 11 2008 and the second on April 26 2008 for acting against national security and moharebeh (combat against Islam and state) and her status is unclear.
