International campaign for human rights in Iran: Reza Khandan, husband of imprisoned human rights lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh, told the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran that his wife is in solitary confinement and in isolation, even though her lawyer has been told that her case’s investigations are complete. Khandan told the Campaign that in the absence of any news about Sotoudeh’s condition, he cannot confirm nor deny the rumors about her torture.

Prison Sentence for Women Activists, Fatemeh Masjedi and Maryam Bidgoli
30 December 2010, by adminFeminist School:Fatemeh Masjedi and Maryam Bidgoli, women activists from Qom, have been summoned by the revolutionary court of their home town to appear in prison on Saturday. They have to serve their terms of six months of imprisonment in addition to paying $200 and $100 respectively. These two activists were both arrested in May 2010 and were charged for their activities for the Campaign for Equality.

The judgment was reached because of the time already spent in prison so a reduction to 6month but the court did not revert on payment. Nasrin Sotoudeh Ends her hunger strike
22 December 2010, by adminFeminist School:Nasrin Sotoudeh called home and informed her family that she had ended her hunger strike since Thursday, she also confirmed that she had been transferred to the prison’s medical centre on Wednesday following her poor health due to her hunger strike.She mentioned that because of her maternal responsibility towards her two young children she has decided to finish her hunger strike.

“If you are going to hell then go like a man,†...she told The Times in a message sent from the infamous Evin prison in Tehran via her husband, Reza Khandan.
“Let them give me a harsh sentence because that brings a person honour.â€
Mr Khandan, who risked reprisals for speaking to a foreign journalist, told The Times that he was proud of his wife and supported her stand whatever the price.

Nasrin was arrested by Iranian authorities on 4th September 2010 for her activity in defending human rights in Iran and has been held in prison for more than 103 days.
