Nasrin Sotoudeh and Mansoureh Shojaie have been summoned to the revolutionary court

Nasrin Sotoudeh who is one of the famous lawyers and has been the cases for many of women activists of one million signatures campaign. Her activities against execution children under 18 and child abuse has been impressive. The court has served a summon to Ms Sotoudeh on 12th of July 2008 and she has 3 days to be present at court.

Mansoureh Shojaie (the client of Nasrin Sotoudeh) is a member of one million signatures campaign , a member of women’s cultural centers and also a member of editorial board of Feminist school web site, has also received a summon and the same time with the same conditions as her lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh. It must be stated that the summons served do not specify why they have been called to court, statement made by their lawyer Shirin Ebadi the winner of Nobel peace prize in 2003.
